Computer Consulting
Over the past few years I've successfully brought new Food Stamp and WIC EBT systems on line for the State of Wyoming in the role of lead QA.  I consulted for USDA FNS on a new eligibility system being built by the Mountain Plains States Consortium (Wyoming, Colorado, Utah) and I did a little technical work for the ANSI X9 committee.

This paper was a starting point for me. The book was an ending of sorts, I've moved on.
